Pros

Chance to see and learn about a truly amazing manufacturing process. Can move up if you're willing to put in effort. Get to interact with lots of amazing and smart people.

Cons

There is a clear vision but execution of that vision is questionable. Talented people leave and are not replaced in the name of cost savings. People aren't replaced and work gets redistributed to the remaining workers. Management asks for feedback then handwaves anything they don't want to hear. Lots of internal politics. Offshoring a lot of jobs.
