Exciting work with very helpful and talented co-workers. I learned a lot and solved very relevant problems.

Cons

Much lower pay compared to other companies. Too many meetings with high redundancy. A high attrition rate leads to loss of critical knowledge and creates problems with the completion of complex projects on time.
