Pros

Intelligent and helpful people, Good building and offices, Some modules have good first and second line managers, Good enough vacation and PTO and benefits

Cons

Unorganized organization, no clear career path, not motivating people to do their best, good place for laid-back people who like to the same job everyday and get paid, not enough experienced people for technology development, pushing teams rather than supporting them, Unfair HR. We have all heard "sorry, the is not enough promotion this year".

Pros

Great Cafeteria and a nice clean Facility. Technicians and Engineers are good people and spent most of their time battling rotten Managers.

Cons

Facilities Management is rotten and evil from top to bottom. Managers lack people and technical skills and are flat out not qualified to be Managers. Senior Leadership Team is too weak, stupid and incompetent to do anything about it. Horrible evaluation process as well. There are more cons then can be counted. Just a bad company. Beware of HR posting fake reviews on here.

Pros

Upstate NY is really nice.

Cons

The best and the brightest have quickly fled. All that remains are new graduates, that are coming in making more than the original employees - and the dead workers that you can't get to even show up. Those few that can't get jobs elsewhere, or are waiting out their relo commitment. And take a stroll over to the vendor trailer. Those guys that show up everyday to keep the tools running have been shunned to the dusty trail. Ousted to a dingy, dirty trailer with no usable water, and two bathrooms that have toilets without tank covers because to flush you have to stick you hand in there and pull up on the lever. Real nice. I went to get a part from there and could not believe this is how they were treated. And I thought the employees had it bad. All this to fulfill a commitment to have an onsite gym.
