      Good work life balance, working smart is more important than working hard, those with a big mouth always win the debate

      Cons

      Too many people do nothing and just drift along here. Very low working efficiency by semiconductor industry standard. High attrition rate as the working culture stinks, very demoralizing place to work. Fresh graduates are trapped by bonding, experienced new comers leave within a year, if cannot fit into the team. A place for those who want to sit all day and do nothing, not a place for those who want to see career growth.
