Pros

There are none. I am hanging on by my fingernails but have told all of my friends to avoid at all costs until conditions not only improve but drastically flip.

Cons

Lets see... Imagine the emotional and mental effect of working at a sweatshop. Then Imagine how bad management would have to be to make you want to go to a sweatshop instead.

Pros

You don’t have to do anything, and you will get paid

Cons

Worst company, treat employees like trash. No career development whatsoever. Completely waste of time working here.

Pros

Can negotiate base pay easily, probably due to lack of strong candidate pool. Good health benefits for the area. Great level of diversity.

Cons

Profitable goal is clear, how to get there short of job cuts is unclear. A lot more layoffs coming to Malta. 3 types of people there, ones how know a lot and wont share for job security reasons, ones how know but are overloaded to help and the ones that dont know enough to be effective. My experience is 20% know, but wont help. 20% know and cant help. 60% dont know and need help but struggle to find it.
