Work from home arrangement means you only need to be in office when you or your team agrees to be in office. Efficiency within my team is typically quite high.

Cons

Efficiency outside my team is to be desired sometimes. There might be limited career opportunities due to how big the organisation is and how certain practices are entrenched.
