      Great place to absorb knowledge in semi-conductor industry

      Political Management (Politics > Output) Not necessary to work hard to move up Total chaos on who does what and managers in general do not know whats truly going on Managers brag about their previous company brutal uncivil work experiences and turn around to enforce same work culture in this company Perfect failure conditions created by management which are not conducive for positive out put Demoralizing meetings

      Transparency- open, honest sharing of information with sr. management. Extremely bright co-workers who support you and have your back. Company is willing to keep investing so employees don't have to look over their shoulders.

      Lack of corporate culture based on non-organic growth. Need for youth infusion in U.S. fabs acquired from IBM.

      Pros

      so many intelligent and capable people in one place! there are some great teams and great team players. overall there are tons of potential.

      Cons

      strong residue of overbearing top-down structure. Some managers have little or no concept of how ridiculously time-consuming and wasteful the simplest tasks can be.
