Pros

Regular schedule, no travel, new technology, clean environment, no stress and worries for most part (which is not always a good thing though).

Cons

Still disfunctional management and absolutely no accountability. Problems happen repeatedly with no action or wrong actions taken to resolve. Engineering often afraid or not in position to make decisions and and often ill equipped when do. New improved rating system has a new name but same result - it pits colleagues against colleagues and deters team spirit. Plus, it kills morale for a good chunk of the year.

Pros

Lots of smart people. Lots of opportunity

Cons

Lots of politicsl, lots of managers play bias, promote his favorite people, give their favorite people more opportunities. Your experience and performance don't count. Lots of good people left.

Pros

Somewhat a flexible schedule depending on the job. Location is great. Most of the people are easy to work with. Benefits are great and inexpensive.

Cons

Big corporation politics, salary never changes, work is uninspiring. All of the internal web based applications are clunky, HR, payroll etc etc.
