The work culture continues to be toxic. While many will say this was true years ago and is now improved, it has just been concealed. The current management team is territorial and out to attack anyone not on their own teams. There is no sense of collaboration or coming together to achieve the company’s goals. Additionally, women are not protected from unwanted advances by male colleagues, particularly if they are an executive. When reported to HR, no action was taken, not even assisting the female employee in finding a new role away from the team.

No recognition , less pay and not a great company.
