Pros

For the most part, there is a wide range of talented engineers and scientist. All of the equipment, tools, software, etc., are the latest technology in the industry.

Cons

UPPER MANAGEMENT. 1. They overwork people. 2. They don’t recognize contributions and reward good work. 3. They don’t care about their employees. 4. They don’t honor their commitments. 5. They hire and promote the wrong people. Additionally, the sad thing is that upper management do not know how to utilize the wide range of talent that are present under their management. They are more concerned about the employees making them "look good".

This is a good company among the top five foundries to start with in terms of getting up to speed with the pace of the industry

Cons

However, there is a sense of general lack of company's direction and low overall staff morale

Pros

Good talents from industry leading companies

Cons

Big question on how managers survive with poor technical knowledge and no strategy/directions. HR also seems have no clear policies.
