Fast growth company and they are always offering a variety of opportunities. They have a decent benefits package and offer bonuses based on profits and personal performance.

Cons

The evaluation process is not conducted on a personal basis. you are not judged against your accomplishments . To a high degree it is a favorites contest to reward those that the mangers want to see as being up and coming.
