      Toxic working environment

      Technical training provided is useful to working environment.

      Cons

      1) Bad office politics environment. Pioneer who working there for 20 years like a retirement life in GF, having 3 hours lunch time for everyday as they tends to push away the job to all young engineer. Take a salary of Principal engineer, but the productivity is below the engineer level. When issue happened, everyone was trying to push away the responsibility to other department. 2) Toxic working environment. The lady supervisor tends to scold on the little thing. She has hormone instability issue on controlling her emotional. 3) Salary and bonus slightly below the market rate compare to the competitor company. 4) No work life balance especially WFH in covid time. The supervisor always text you to work after the working hour time and even weekend. No time off is allow to claim.

      It used to be good working environment,

      Cons

      after reshuffle management, most of the benefits been cut, work load keep on top up to module and also no provide proper training to employees, and also management love to micro managed to their subordinates , always use louder voice during meeting which are disrespectful, no advice to work at here
