Pros

Generally good people. Teams tend to function well together and are very goal focused and goal driven. Passionate about all the right things but could certainly use some direction

Cons

Often times difficult to find the answers and information you need from cross functional groups within the company (even site-specifically). Makes progress difficult and stressful especially in time crunch situations. High demand for performance with sometimes limited resources

Great advancement opportunities, never dull, for a person who likes ever changing challenges, it's the place to work

Cons

Management turnover, immature processes (even the basic ones), leadership team that was brought in that may not have the right experience and background to run the company, a few executives (VP and up) who are simply poor leaders

Pros

Good benefits, great cafateria, good pay, highly skilled technical staff, acquired seasoned and creative employees with acquisition of IBM Microelectronics. More diverse products and markets also a by product of IBM acquisition.

Cons

Those employees that deliver are continually taksed with heavier work loads while those who do not deliver are allowed to contribute little, lack of acccountabilty, Fab8 continues to strive for a culture. Continual movement of employess creates chaos. Systems are a hinderance to progress.
