Pros

High base pay to get you here. High cost of living does not equal the pay. It will seem like a great deal until you get here.

Cons

Poor management, everyone is looking to blame someone for failures instead of working to solve the problem. Cannot keep customers.

Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive. Nice campus.

Cons

Brought in some of the most talented people world only to see them leave out of frustration. To replace these people brought in inexperienced people. Critical projects are given to NCGs who are not experienced enough to cover all the bases. All procedures end with the word call engineer. However it is a data driven company, all data must match the charts. Each area has 20-25 kpis, most successful companies have 5-6. The one key perform indicator is missed "Profit". Country Club atmosphere in office area. No accountability

Pros

Salary very competitive. New Facility, Co-workers are good hard working people. Nice cafeteria

Cons

Managers cannot communicate. They seem totally out of control and just reacting to whatever the daily problems are and there are many, many daily problems. People left due to management ineptness. I stepped up because I wanted to see the company succeed but I was very naive. Covered their job responsibilities and at one point I was covering 4 separate job positions including 3 managers of which I was not a manager. I did this for more than a year and for my efforts I was told on the day of my review my rating was below average. I had no previous discussion with my inept manager even giving me a clue that this was a problem. I knew they had to had a certain percentage of people to rated in different classifications so raise pool could be distributed accordingly. Was not concerned about salary but more about whether I was doing a good/adequate job and I was told yes except for one issue I was never made aware of. So instead my manager out right lied to me. In the last 9 months I was there I went through 114 manufacturing scenario changes for the same product because they sold the client a complete lie and didn't know how make the product hence the 3 changes per week. They lied to the customer and now have lost the MAJOR client.
