Pros

Decent fab leadership in NY. Good group of ehngineers to work wit

Cons

Company is struggling to compete with TSMC and the other big players. Scale and technology leadership is not there. Backing from Middle East is fading and long term commitment is under question. Lack of leadership commitment to build a true global fab business. In.experienced middle management leading experienced engineers

Pros

The technology worked with is cutting edge and the environment is intellectually stimulating. The pay and benefits are good, and the relocation package is superior.

Cons

There is an excess of meetings scheduled during the day; it was not uncommon to be scheduled for multiple meetings at the same time with different groups. There is a cumbersome sign-off loop requirement for running tests and/or requesting slots in PCRB (process change review board) meetings; the only way to guarantee a sign-off in a reasonable amount of time is to "stalk" stake-holders to sign-off. There is an excessive amount of cross-group politics at play that makes it difficult to depend on other groups for support in a reasonable amount of time.

Pros

Regular payment, warm and clean evironment. Nice colleagues. Cafeteria is doing a good job.

Cons

Worst Managment ever seen. Lot of unnecessary reports. > 1000 new ppt files daily. Lots of new "projects" starting every week. No short and long term strategy
