-Mostly nice and friendly colleagues, both local and foreign -simple job, easy to learn -easy to set a routine and stabilize -good place to gain experience for getting your dream career

Cons

-accidentally press EMO button will get warning letter. EMO button is everywhere. so its like a minefield -physically demanding -work seems never ending

100% remote work policy for some roles is a good incentive. Since being listed, there are efforts to reinvent itself to be more flexible and agile. Work life balance is pretty well respected here although the volume of work can become intense due to us being involved in new deals all the time.

Cons

Management sometimes change too much in a relatively short amount of time. Some reorganization and restructuring might not make sense. The size of the company and multiple layers and changing reporting struture make it a bit hard to find the right stakeholders sometimes thus making work inefficient at times.
