- Plenty of internal cliques, in-fighting and politics that interfere with real engineering work.
- Poor work life balance; expect lots of fire fighting.
- Terrible work culture where people are not accountable for poor performance.
- Plenty of finger pointer during mistakes. Everyone wants to cover butt first, not fix the problem.
- Plenty of micro-managing; leading engineers to always wait for instructions. No passion or ownership.
- Un-trustworthy / insincere, clueless HR that is management bias; aka puppets of management.
- Silo work / mind your own business culture.
