      Great potential to challenge the rest of the foundry buisness

      Cons

      No one with experience and good business sense will work here with these kind of reviews. This many reviews indicates a trend. Anyone with a savy business sense can understand this trend. I would have loved to work here, I have many years of semi experience, but not under these conditions.

      Pros

      The team that I worked with was great. New facility with new equipment.

      Cons

      Horrible employee evaluation system. You are not rated based on your performance, but on what their system needs and the system needs majority of employees on the lower end. After two years practically no bonuses or raises. Spoke to HR and brought up some concerns I had about pay, raises ect........never heard back from them. The cost of living in the area is insane.

      Pros

      Nice office space. Some really experienced technicians/engineers to work with. Good place for initial learning about how a semiconductor fab works overall.

      Cons

      Clueless management repeatedly failing to keep employee morale up and meeting customer targets. Each department views its own KPI as the most important goal for the company. Presentation data often manipulated to show what executives would like to believe. Majority employees treat the job only as a 'paycheck'. Lack of an original value of proposition and adhering to it
