      Pros

      Most of the coworkers are great who came here to look for great opportunity.

      Cons

      Upper management at Malta is the worst I have ever seen. No focus on actual problem solving. More pressure on handful of people who actually work. You have to answer to too many people who actually don't do any work. For people who don't work excellent work life balance and free salary.

      Pros

      Compensation is very good and colleagues are smart and focused. With dedication and collaboration my colleagues and I have made a lot of progress with customers and business growth. The new CEO, Sanjay Jha, is focused on improving the companies technology and supporting the planned growth. My manager has been responsive and flexible, but this likely depends on who you work for. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement depending on the job you are doing.

      Cons

      There is still some culture clash from combining 2 different semiconductor companies. It is improving, but there is sometimes conflict and combativeness. The people responsible are being held accountable so it will improve over time. The organization changes a lot since it is still coming together and there have been frequent management changes.
