Pros

- Some very good engineers - Strong ambitions (but when are just ambitions enough?)

Cons

- Bad execution - Gross misunderstanding of engineer's capabilities - which results in capable engineers ending up with wrong managers/projects - Top-level management doesn't seem to have a clue - Mid-level managers dont have good people skills

Pros

For low-performer, this is the environment they could stay for decade. Bosses are so "friendly" as they do have same attitude, stay lame.

Cons

This is not a place for people who work hard and with great dreams, it is a place reward base on routine, not performance. It is an unfair workplace with such rewarding system, causing good performer to leave, and no reason for poor perfemer to leave, as this is their ideal workplace. In long run, no body will want to perform well under this system, or should say they do not required to in order to get paid/promotion
