Pros

Many good people who know their area well. In general willing to share once you have earned the trust.

Cons

Too many and too often the changes at senior management level. Keep changing VPs. Communication across different departments can be a challenge.

Pros

New/advanced technology. Other than that, no other benefit you can expect. Another good thing is, new desk and builidings so you can have clean work environment.

Cons

Too much work load. No balance between life and work. Horrible work environment and no managing skills. No time to discuss. One directional order. MFG is just deciding whatever they want. They don't listen to other departments.
