      Pros

      Many good people who know their area well. In general willing to share once you have earned the trust.

      Cons

      Too many and too often the changes at senior management level. Keep changing VPs. Communication across different departments can be a challenge.

      Pros

      Globalfoundries is the most competitive and the most interesting place to work in. Previously I've worked for another big company, but I never so much opportunities to express my knowledge and to upgrade my professional and personal skills. Surrounding of friendly and very professional colleagues makes working atmosphere very family and pleasant for working.

      Cons

      Family members sometimes suffer when you trying to switch back from work to home.
