its have spare time to work at GF,We are ambitious and we strive for success for ourselves and our customers

Pros

There are technical experts working in the company and they are always willing to guide and share their knowledge.

Cons

(1) Generally bad management. Top management lack foresight, middle management lack courage to report ground situations, resulting in disconnect between top management and ground level working engineers. Ideal solutions are passed down by top management which do not work for the issues at the ground. (2) A fair fraction of middle management are more interested in politics. Strangely, people with poor technical skills and knowledge usually opt for management track in this company. Those middle management with poor technical skills and lack of courage to set directions, but coupled with a strong ego to win in argument, are usually the ones who makes your life miserable with office politics, on-top of your daily technical issues to work on.
