Pros

Some very good and smart people at all levels who work hard, care about trying to make things work and trying to make things work; nice headquarter offices; reasonable benefits

Cons

The list is long. There is no clear strategy to make this company successful. The leadership team is fragmented, the organizational structure chaotic and the strategy of the business appears to be "let's try this to see if it will work." There is very poor work/life balance, those who work hardest get more added to their load while others seem skate and the total compensation package is at best, sub-par and at worst, a joke. The CEO is most likely brilliant but has an abusive style and hair trigger. The rest of the leadership team seems unwilling to tell the Emperor he has no cloths. Under it's current configuration, this company has very little chance of turning the corner to profitability and success.

Pros

None when I try to think for 5-10 minutes.

Cons

Management does not care at all. No planning, no direction. Waste of all the funding they get.
