Pros

The company cares about employees' well-being and offers a lot of initiatives to support. Growth opportunities. Increased technology space. More non-cash benefits

Cons

Frequent leadership changes - new leaders always have to prove & to do so, the tremendous pressure is passed down on ground-level employees, creating a toxic workplace culture. No recognition for years of hard work, you dedicated Unnecessary CoEs to spoil the ecosystem - leading to loss of valuable employees. Never had a skip level meeting over a long tenure. India office never celebrates Indian festivals, whereas Germany, the US and other Asian countries celebrate all festivals, including Indian festivals.
