Pros

* Good/engaged and energetic leadership and company * Fair-good compensation (and relocation pkg) * Strong team building and collaboration * For a big-sized company decent resistance to 'siloing' * Good recruitment team to match talent to positions

Cons

* Steep onboarding learning curve - be ready to come in, learn quickly and contribute even quicker * Difficult to gauge what is necessary to meet or exceed expectations for given JL * Work/life balance can be cumbersome to manage

Pros

I really love the culture at the GF fab here in Vermont. The people have all been very welcoming since my first day almost 3 years ago. I made a big career move to come here and I don't regret it.

Cons

We have a small team in Talent Acquisition in Vermont so we are very good at a lot of things, but I don't think that is a bad thing necessarily - we are just versatile. We collaborate well across our sites and are all over the country and we all get along very well.
