Pros

Co workers and cafe are awesome be nice to everyone in the cafe they work very hard and are usually treated very poorly! No thankyou, no please, just very rude people

Cons

On a company so big on the safety of there employes , there new snow Removel contracter is a joke!!!!!!!so with that said don't fall on the ice coverd unsalted walkways and report it u will surely be terminated!!!!!!!!!!!! You are often asked 10 mins before you leave if you can stay and pull an all nighter. And yes I mean a 24hour shift! Which I bealeave this is not safe or legal! But u a very frowned on if you say no ! And after that shift they will tell you to go home sleep for a couple hours and come back! While your Forman is out the door 330/4 and never see his face unless he is getting some major heat from GF. It is kaos with no result !

Pros

Albany is good family location, significantly cheaper than Bay Area

Cons

Management is horrible. Quote from one SVP 'we must prioritize everything'. Executive management says to challenge with data but everyone afraid and no one makes data-based decisions. Albany is extremely white, significant racial bias if you get even 10 miles out of town.
