Pros
I get constant feedback from the senior leadership team on all new company incentives, the pay is fantastic, and my manager is really great to work for. I get a ton of autonomy and am encouraged to innovate, grow, and develop new personal skills. Additionally, they've paid for my M.S. while I worked, and I'm set up well for future success thanks to that foundation
Cons
Typical semiconductor company, but with fewer perks. You get a good end of year bonus, but it doesn't hit your paycheck until almost June. Typically, you can expect good pay and benefits, but with the timeline of a typical corporate giant.
