Pros

- 3/4 days on or off. This was great work sch offered oppose to Monday through Friday but there's not growth of opportunism to this - Accrue up to 150 hrs of Vacation time, 32 hrs PTO, 80 hrs sick time. That’s a nice chuck of time - work from home option but you'll work from home all the time. - lots of projects for experience. - holiday time off. Holiday dinners for employees

Cons

- absolutely no growth in the company. It's better if you leave and come back for a better position with experience. - Mangers freely do as they please - poorly staffed - they Promote mangers not techs or standard employees. barely recongize the teams that meet mangers deadlines. Credit is given to the managers not the employees who made the project successful - most hired on employees are lazy here. You walk past people you will likely see Facebook or social media or some streaming, personal browsing. - false promises - you can get stuck here cause its so comfortable without any movement for your career goals - small cent raises but bonuses are given to mangers

Pros

the site has made great strides forward in the last couple years, there is still needed improvements.

Cons

there is an operational norm to validate "what is", and/or "what I'm selling" opposed to this is best improvement despite personal glory. How an employee affects his or her coworkers is verbally encouraged but not a measurable in any way in any review format. This reinforces the "me" and "my glory" above all. That working atmosphere clogs the gears of true team work.
