In my personal experience , GF has helped me grow personally/professionally all while maintaining a healthy work balance (Manager Lucky Draw**). definitely a great place to learn and grow .

Cons

Just the usual statistical average number (I imagine) of bad apples in management as one would find anywhere else (Fun Fact: Its the same people that keep shuffling around in this industry, no escape!)
