Stagnant. Things take too long to be implemented. Language barriers exist since almost everyone is Chinese.

Colleagues are generally nice, unless under big work pressure. Working hours are flexible as long as jobs can be finished before deadlines.

Cons

Communication between different departments is very inefficient, and collaboration involving different teams could sometimes be very frustrating. Management has a lot of room to improve.

Literally a place where almost everyone can find his place because the company is too big and so called 'culture' is really diversified. System is rigid and complicated, but the foundation is there, only depends on who is really using it and how you use it.

Cons

Work life balance is not for everyone. Pretty much depends on who you work for and what you want eventually (in this company and industry). Not a place for people with big ambition unless they are politically savvy.
