Pros
The culture in my department was supportive, and frequently positive.
Cons
The positivity sometimes reached toxic levels, including glossing over issues with the company. Assignments changed frequently, sometimes daily, sometimes several times in one day. No raises. No promotions. Prevented staff from comparing wages. Prevented staff from discussing unionizing, to the point of firing people who brought up the topic. Denied me ADA accommodations that cost the company nothing in terms of money and labor, and suggested laying me off instead.
