Pros

The Austin, TX remote program is full of interesting projects that can be challenging, fun, and intriguing to work on. Management varies, but overall tends to be helpful and ready to assist in all areas. There are opportunities to grow in the company and advance from the entry level to higher.

Cons

The base salary pay is $21 an hour for most contractors, but some make as little as $19 an hour. Management doesn’t seem to know solutions for all problems and can be slow to find answers. Projects seem to be dwindling on the Austin, TX remote program.
