- Poor management - No transparency - Unfair treatment Dozens of direct reports are scattered across different companies' different projects. Their so-called 'management' is simply the manager visiting once every 2-3 weeks. Unequal pay for the same responsibilities, without any explanation, is causing discord and distrust even among colleagues who used to get along well. No career advancement path for frontline workers.
