      Flexibility in working hr, Work from home facility.

      Cons

      IT is not Technical people driven company but getting run/drive by HR/resourcing people. Sudden ramp down in project result in reducing pool size. To save Noida they shut down Pune. Not truly agile

      Pros

      I have very positive impression working here. 1. I don't see the limits for professional development here for those who what to grow. 2. It's very good that the management supports reasonable initiatives. 3. Cool people and environment

      Cons

      The company doesn't invest enough in its personnel, i.e. the crowd of highly professional people working in hi-tech doesn't get proper trainings, certification programs provided by the company. As a result, people don't feel that the management takes care of them. Cool offices is a good thing but it is like a bright wrap, the next step is to change the focus on more serious things.

      Extremely employee friendly, allows employees to take ownership, less hierarchy, excellent process management, competitive salary structure, excellent reward policies

      Cons

      Though salary structure is good, perks are limited, might be owing to tax complications. Delivery Management should be provided more flexibility and autonomy as well as more accountability.
