Cons

Leave Policy is not good Client are small and mostly startups, risky company to work during recession as there are were layoffs during 2009.

Pros

Healthy Work environment, Supportive teammates. Good project. Only 1 customer in Telecom , so telecom engineer have no option if they are not satisfied with the project. No clear growth plans.

Cons

Future is uncertain , There is no concept of normalization, 4 year exp. can get more than a 6 years exp. , at the time of joining. Hire and fire approach , senior mgmt is not able to grab new projects in telecom.
