      Good for work bad for hikes

      Pros

      Good work life balance at Noida branch but not at Nagpur branch. Friendly environment. If you work hard and get recognize very often chances of good hike might be there.

      Cons

      Very poor hikes. Management plays lot to give you less hikes. Spot awards with 1000 bucks is their best excuse for not giving hike indirectly. Projects are risky even long term projects are not stable and layoff happens very often which makes job stability risky many a times.

      Pros

      Good environment for work - clear and honest communication with clients, no any politics, helpful company administration. Easy to cross borders and work in international team both virtually and in person.

      Cons

      Some projects are boring itself, it is just outsourcing of internal company tasks. Some projects may be closed due to different reasons and sometimes it's difficult to find a new one.
