Business Outlook
Pros
Good outsource company. They actually get the job done. Payments are always on time, they provide all the gear you need, and the HR support is solid. Everything else really just depends on the project you're on.
Cons
Unfortunately, they couldn't find me a new project after my last one ended. It feels like they’re struggling to land new clients at the moment. Raises are frozen — I haven't seen a single pay bump in almost 3 years.
