Pros
Being my first job as a Frontend Developer, it helped me a lot learning a lot of new tools and methodologies.
Cons
Once you get to a certain level, growing is quite difficult. Its lack of organization in the Frontend area led to me not being able to pursuit the corresponding steps in my "Career Path" nor find a position in a technology that I preferred and suited me better. The pay was below market.
