      Behind a beautiful wrapper there are many flaws!

      Cons

      Very low salaries and inadequate assessment of employee skills. Having 5 years of experience in German and American product companies, they rated a certified developer with a master's degree as middle with a salary of 1300 euros per month. The lowest salaries among all Romanian companies. Even small outsourcing companies pay at least 2,200 euros. Adequate salary for a senior developer is at least 3500 euros net. 1300 euros is a shame for the company!
