Great work life balance. Flexible working hour. Cab facility. No need to stay late nights(depend on project) Good initiative by L&D departments.
Cons
Very less increment. Politics in senior management, you must make your work visibility to your manager. If you hired on contract basis then do not believe that you will be a permanent employee after completion of your contract. You will be definitely fired as your contract period would be complete. So do not believe any consultancy firm OR GL HR that you will become permanent employee.
