Empowered by executives and senior management to use discretion when getting the job done, with minimal oversight.

Cons

Requires a high level of maturity to stay focused and to be effective in an atmosphere with limited engagement by leadership. You are expected speak up when problems arise that you cannot handle yourself.

The company embraces an entrepreneurial approach to business empowering and encouraging its employees to improve processes and create opportunities. A true model for an open door policy, senior management does not have doors to close or offices to hide in. Extremely fast paced growth creates room for rapid advancement. The harder you work the greater the rewards are.

Cons

No 401-k (yet), otherwise compensation is competitive.
