      Pros

      As an agent you are your own boss and can make as much money as you want as long as you are persistent in marketing a top of the line logistics program. The customer service is second to none.

      Cons

      You can lose money with rep liability for loser customers.

      Ending year was way before 2009, I thought it was a great place to work, maybe it's changed.

      Pros

      Worked there years ago, before the company really took off. Pay was good, very close knit environment, friendly co-workers, learned alot about the industry, bonuses available, great customer base. Benefits were the same you'd find elsewhere, it was a good company to work; for maybe they've changed. The pay was higher than what they are offering these days.

      Cons

      Didn't matter how hard you worked, how much extra time you put in or what extra work you took on, you were still expendable. Management could be duplicious, they may tell you exactly how to go about resolving a problem, but when you do exactly what they told you to do, they don't back you up.
