Confused by this company....

Pros

The company had good pay for employees, a clean building, on site cafe, on site gym and indoor basketball court, good location off of the 101 freeway, and an on site clinic optional for employees along with a sometimes decent company culture.

Cons

High stress, absolutely no job security whatsoever, low employee morale, constant micromanagement, high turn over rate, and a guilt trip from management over any personal or health time. They also provide absolutely no transparency upon your possible sudden exit.

The Most White Trash Unprofessional Corporate Environment

Pros

You get a pay check that pays the bills.

Cons

-100% Passive Aggressive Environment. Examples include phony, "How are you today?" or "I just love your new haircut!" No response to emails after multiple follow up emails. Deep breaths of sigh with statements such as, "I can't do this let someone else do this for me." -Incompetent mangers who wear sweatpants and sweatshirts to work on a regular basis. When asking them direct questions they avoid the question because they don't know the answer themselves, yet they are a, "Manager". -Individuals who can't even do simple tasks themselves in which their job entails. Yet they are promoted to, "Management" positions because their butt kissers. -Massive Micromanagement.

The More You Work, The More You Get Paid

- Free lunch Fridays - Convenient downtown Chicago office

Cons

- 7-5 job - They want you to work as many hours as possible to make the most money - All cold calling/ phone based - Have to hit draw to make any commission (very tough) - Frat-house culture. Everyone is out to get one another
