Awesome work environment. If you are good at the job, you can make a lot of money. I'll be honest, I was bitter too when I was terminated. Then I realized that it was me that ruined the opportunity. I did not make the calls and build the relationships necessary to succeed. People on here say that GlobalTranz is "Going down" or will "fall flat on their face". Have you people ever researched GlobalTranz? They are the 19th largest company in the state and are continuing to double their revenue every year. It is funny that people say that there is high turnover, it is a high energy telesales job, that's like saying the sky is blue, or teddy bears are cuddly.

No 401k, sometimes you have to take calls after hours to service your customers.
