      Pros

      The people at globe were awesome. The projects are pretty basic. The work life balance is awesome. PTO is industry average.

      Cons

      The pay was well below market value for my role. The technology is super outdated which could be a pro for someone looking to be apart of a complete rebuild.

      When hired said it would be a 8 to 5 job, sometime 5 to 7 job.
