Local location, nice environment, convenient parking.

Cons

The management did not provide the priority list for projects. She did not share the requirements or necessary meeting info. with the staffs. Poor coaching skills and project management work.

Pros

Globe Life owns the naming rights of the Texas Rangers, and sponsors other local sports organizations such as FC Dallas. With that, being an employee brings ticket offers, suite tickets, and more. I am a sports fanatic, so I really enjoy this. Reimbursement of gym membership is a nice perk, 401(k) matching is fair, and not located in downtown Dallas are benefits for me. Lastly, but certainly not least, the people here are friendly, and enjoy what they do!

Cons

Benefits (health insurance mainly) could be better, merit raises are in line with the industry, but still feel low with market growth in our region.
