      Call Center, must work some nights and weekends, very scripted while on the call, many customers never pay the first payment and you get a chargeback

      I've been with the company more than 15 years and have had opportunity every step of the way. If you're a go-getter and are willing to work hard, you too will find opportunity.

      Cons

      Sometimes change is a little slow. This is typical though for large conservative insurance companies.
