Pros

They offer health and dental. They also offer overtime sometimes. It's on a first come basis.

Cons

You will mostly get cursed/yelled out at least once a day for many things that are out of your control. Out of all the customer service jobs I've worked, this job has the most angry and mean customers. You have to have thick skin to work here. To be fair, the job interviewer did say it's a stressful job. Unfortuately, you are not allowed to hang up on customers no matter how rude or mean they are. And rarely, can you actually transfer the call to someone else. Calls are back to back, and you can't put a stop on an incoming call. You have to answer right away when it comes in.
