      Work with great people who want to learn and expand their careers Good work to life balance Management goes out of their way to help you when needed

      Cons

      Team seemed unorganized when i started working with the company. It took two weeks to get the proper systems installed on my computer. I was originally assigned a laptop but was given a desktop instead. To switch from a desktop to a laptop took over 6 months. There is high turnover within the IT department, some employees are lifers but the majority are new. Management tends to micromanage analysts due to down time towards the end of the week.

      Pros

      Easy Work environment Allowed to wear jeans and t-shirts people are nice and friendly Pension Plan is nice Work and life balance is nice no one bugs you once it is time to go.

      Cons

      Old pay scale systems that are inadequate As well the Pay is not matched to other companies. ALOT of people leave due to inadequate pay in my department alone 7 people including myself left in 3 months. Inability to work with people if they are sick (only allowed 1 excused doctors note a period) You are timed how often you are not at the computer (yes including going to the bathroom) Very heavy on micro management Only a chosen few move up. "Never met the CEO so I can not give a good or bad rating on him"

      horrible culture. good ole boy network. penthouse in one building/slaves in the other. terrible HR is not your friend. exec do not care. retaliation for all who tell or disobey.
